Hi everyone
why is it important, Why is exercise so important to how you feel I do Tai Chi everyday to keep me moving this the first thing I did after losing everything in a fraud my health was so frail from there I began to feel stronger.
Why dose exercise help to make you feel good

stronger stronger this made me feel better so could do more, You can do exercise sitting in a chair at home.
Why am i talking about this now because at this time of year is when stress can get to you and gentle exercise will help to let the stress go you can exercise anywhere.

Yes i still do Tai Chi, Fitness her at home so now its up to me to hold my self account able if i don't do work,
