Beauty is all around you

Why stay is fear or lost when you can  find beauty all around you,

I found this beauty full panel in a door while out walking 

will you look at what is around you i mean just stop and look

as i write this i can see a tree in bloom.

what is beauty full around you? you could be at work but there is a beauty full picture 

on the wall facing you, or looking out of the window in your break you see a car go 

by what a great colour so now can i ask what you can find that is beauty full about 

you yes there are things you like about you so be honest with our self let go of 

negative thinking,

I have great hair

a great figure 

I do make my friends laugh
